The Farm at Jaz Creek is proud to “lead the charge” in Northern California, by providing rehabilitation and fitness programs all in one property. Whether you have a horse recovering from surgery or injury, or a horse that needs to reach a new level of fitness to compete successfully we are here for you! Our facility has been built with the needs of your horse in mind.

Our custom built, 16-stall
barn is strategically tailored to the needs of rehabilitation horses
and features heated wash racks, padded floor mats and 12x16 stalls.
We feature a sixty-foot,
five-horse Centaur Free-Flow Equineciser with rubber dividers and a
sand-rubber footing mix for year round use and optimum joint health.Not only does Jaz Creek offer pristine conditions on some of the most beautiful and peaceful acres in Petaluma we also offer the following:
- Stable Comfort™ mattresses in most stalls with anti-cast rubber lining, rubber mats in all other stalls
- Automatic waterers are checked and cleaned through-out each day
- Our barn offers 16’ aisles and a raised center roof line to offer optimum air movement and protection from the elements for a comfortable environment at all times
- Heated indoor wash racks with hot and cold water
- Indoor Farrier area
- Our barn size allows for fully customized care for each horse with multiple outings every day and 24-hour care
- Many paddocks to accommodate changing recovery levels, including irrigated grass paddocks with automatic waterers and shelter. Also we offer wood chip paddocks with a base in multiple sizes for year-round use
- On the fifteen acre property we have a fully maintained fitness track that traverses up and down hill and can be used at the walk, trot, canter, and gallop with many options of length of workout
- Large arena with “horse show” jumps and state of the art polymer sand footing that is maintained daily
- Multi-disciplined customizable therapy modalities on site and through affiliates including: Prothermo™ Hot/Cold Compression Therapy, Microcurrent, Therapeutic Ultrasound, Acuscope, and Magnetic Stimulation and more
